We’ve created this page to keep you, our valued dealer network, up-to-date on all the exciting developments that will launch throughout the year.

What’s going to change?
Our company name will be Close Brothers Finance DAC and we’ll trade as Close Brothers Motor Finance. Our email address will change to info.ie@closebrothers.com and our new website address will be www.closemotorfinance.ie from 4th April 2024.
When you call us, we’ll answer the phone as Close Brothers Motor Finance but our telephone numbers won’t be changing.
How does this affect you?
You’ll start to see the Close Brothers Motor Finance logo and name across our marketing, online, at our point of sale and on any communications you receive from us. We are also updating the branding on DoneDeal and CarsIreland.ie and we expect this to be live over the next two months.
There will be no change to your Business Development Manager. Our existing processes for new business, arrears and settlements will stay the same.
From 4th April 2024, we won’t be able to accept invoices in the name of Bluestone Motor Finance. Please ensure you update your invoices with the correct company name (Close Brothers Finance DAC). Our registered company number, VAT number and address won’t change.

Finance is now available on older vehicles
We understand the need for finance to be available on older vehicles, that’s why we’ve updated our criteria to consider applications for cars from 2013 onwards and LCVs from 2015 onwards.
We’re a one stop shop, so there’s no need to re-prop
