Christian Horner CBE, one of Formula first most successful leaders, will speak at the RDS in Dublin on Saturday, 31 January 2026. This will be one of his first major public appearances since he stepped down earlier this year as Team Principal and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing. Horner’s career changed the sport, from Red Bull’s first win in 2009 to eight Drivers’ Championships and six Constructors’ titles. His thoughts on leadership, innovation, and performance will be a highlight of the show.
